* The measurements in the guide below are based on measurements taken directly from the body, not the garment.
However, the table "Size Guide" shows finished garment measurements. Keep that in mind when choosing the size.

Please DO NOT take these measurements unassisted.
A: Neck: This measurement is taken around the neck. Add 0.25 in. (0.50 cm)
B: Chest: Place the tape underneath your armpits and then measure snugly
C: Sleeve length: This is taken from the top of the sleeve at the shoulder seam to the middle of the end of the sleeve.
D: Waist: This measurement is taken around the waist navel height.
