Returns & Exchanges

At Massimo Roma, every garment is crafted and selected with intention. If for any reason your purchase is not right, we will ensure the return process is seamless and respectful of your time.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unaltered
• In original condition
• Returned with all tags and original packaging

Garments that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted.

Complimentary Return Shipping

We offer complimentary return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States. Once your request is approved, a prepaid return label will be issued.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. This reflects handling, quality control, and inventory processing required to maintain our standards.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy applies without exception.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after delivery to our store. Original outbound shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
